Effective December 31, 2024, Douglas D. Spratley will no longer serve as a portfolio manager for the T. Rowe Price Cash Reserves Fund, T. Rowe Price Government Money Fund, and T. Rowe Price U.S. Treasury Money Fund.
Alexander S. Obaza will continue to serve as portfolio manager for the funds.
