Effective on or around December 1, 2025, Westfield Capital Management Company, L.P. will replace Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. as a sub-advisor for the Bridge Builder Tax Managed Small/Mid Cap Fund.
AllianceBernstein L.P., Allspring Global Investments, LLC, J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc., Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC, and Parametric Portfolio Associates LLC will continue to serve as sub‑advisors for the fund.
