Effective December 1, 2025, Kashif Ishaq and Mansur Rasul will replace Andrew Vonthethoff as portfolio managers for Delaware Management Company, advisor for the Optimum Fixed Income Fund.
Janaki Rao will continue to serve as a portfolio manager for the fund.
