Effective November 29, 2025, Mark Merullo will be added as a portfolio manager for the Sterling Capital North Carolina Intermediate Tax-Free Fund, Sterling Capital South Carolina Intermediate Tax-Free Fund, Virginia Intermediate Tax-Free Fund, and West Virginia Intermediate Tax-Free Fund.
Additionally, Robert Millikan will retire from Sterling Capital Management LLC and will cease to serve as Co- Portfolio Manager on or about January 31, 2026.
Michael P. McVicker will continue to serve as portfolio manager for the funds.
