The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) managed by Rockbridge Capital Management, LLC, the Fund’s investment sub-adviser (the “Sub-Adviser”). The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective while exceeding the S&P 500 total return. The Fund invests primarily in publicly traded equity securities of companies that the Sub-Adviser believes possess sustainably high returns on invested capital, and opportunities for reinvestment at attractive rates of return, and which are operated by managers who treat shareholders as partners.
