Effective November 24, 2025, Matthew Reed and Samuel Wald will be added as portfolio manager for FIAM, sub-advisor for the EQ/Fidelity Institutional AM Large Cap Portfolio.
Additionally, effective January 31, 2026, Pierre Sorel will no longer serve as a portfolio manager for the fund.
Ashley Fernandes, Chad Colman, Chris Lee, Christopher Lin, Ingrid Chung, Laurie Mundt, Nicola Stafford, Pranay Kirpalani, and Steven Kaye will continue to serve as portfolio managers for FIAM.
